After the End is on at the East Kilbride Arts Centre for two more nights. If you have a free evening then a trip to the theatre to see this play will not disappoint. With the play’s simple premise of two characters in a shelter after an explosion we get to watch two people battle it out. The story is enjoyable with some good comedic touches and darker elements that drive the narrative on. Both actors are excellent and fully commit to their roles, helped along with a tight script and subtle direction which works well to make you both laugh and feel uncomfortable. If you can make the trip out the show begins at 8pm.
